The HelpBureau is a multi-channel information service for people with limb loss and their carers. We are here to listen, offer support and where possible give you guidance on how to achieve independence.
The HelpBureau is both a telephone HelpLine and a Drop-in advice centre.
The drop-in advice service is open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 9.00am -2.00pm. Please call Sonia Lapaire to arrange an appointment.

Where it is not possible to provide information, or specific medical advice is required we will put you in touch with the most relevant contact.
How Can You Benefit?
- The HelpBureau Officer will provide you with access to relevant information and services.
- Listen to your questions and concerns and offer you support.
- Help you to find information on services and benefits.
- Put you in touch with a Volunteer Visitor who can share informeation with you. All VV’s are amputees.
- Give you advice and information on sports and leisure activities.
