The Associate Parliamentary Limb Loss Group
The Associate Parliamentary Group on Limb Loss, both national and international, for the promotion within Parliament and Whitehall, of the provision of prosthetic and other rehabilitation services to all persons suffering limb loss in the UK and internationally. Roger Berry MP is leading a move to ensure closer contact between MPs from both Houses and all concerned with the rehabilitation of limbless persons in the United Kingdom and Overseas.
Organisations welcoming the new Group include the Limbless Association, BLESMA, STEPS, REACH, Douglas Bader Foundation, British Society of Rehabilitation Medicine, British Association of Prosthetists and Orthotists, Association of British Health-Care Industries, British Healthcare Trades Association, NHS Purchasing and Supplies Agency and the numerous Contractors and their Employees with whom they collaborate to ensure and sustain these vital innovative services.
