The Discussion Forum

by wendy

To all previous subscribers to the Discussion Forum.

The “refreshing” and updating of the Website is now completed. We hope you’ll agree that the new-look Website is a great improvement and should be easier to use. Unfortunately the new Website runs on a different system and I’m deeply sorry to say that, at the current time, the Discussion Forum is an unforseen casualty of this in that it turns out it couldn’t be transferred to the new system. I am going to try to transfer the previous content from the now-defunct site manually but this may take some time.

I am so sorry for this loss as I know that many of you had taken the time and trouble to contribute consistently and there were many threads of support, help and advice being covered in the Forum.

I do hope that, while I do what I can to retrieve the missing information, some of you will start to use the new Discussion Forum and encourage others to join in the hope that if I don’t succeed, we can get a new Forum up and running as quickly as possible.

We consider the Discussion Forum to be an invaluable part of the Websites and I would be very grateful for your help with this.

Apologies again for something I should probably have been aware of.

Hopefully – with your support – we can rebuild it….

Jerry and I are here – we use the forum a lot and hope it can be back soon. I tried to register but couldn’t get it to let me in.

So we thought you’d like a more personal service for more specific advice or maybe to make a 1-2-1 contact with another amputee. Just email Leggz at leggzhelpline@live.co.uk
